Job summary

Conduent is hiring a Mail Print Operator in Lexington, KY, onsite. The role runs industrial printers, batches materials, and prepares them for further processing in a fast-paced environment. Training runs 8 weeks, Monday–Friday, with a 2:00 pm start and a clean desk policy.

During training, pay is $16.00 per hour, with potential for production-based pay after training. Full benefits and 401K options are available, and applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and data entry
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States
• Background check required and strict clean desk policy

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial-sized printers to produce high-volume print jobs.
• Group printed materials into batches and separate them for further processing.
• Place completed batches in designated areas for downstream operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on printing equipment.
• Regularly lift and move items weighing 25 lbs or more.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures.
