Job summary

Conduent is seeking a reliable Mail Print Operator for the Erlanger, KY onsite operation (Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:00pm). This role runs industrial-sized printers, batches printed materials, and prepares outputs for downstream processes in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to lift 25 lbs regularly, and comfortable with basic computer tasks. A strong attention to detail and adherence to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift 25+ pounds routinely.
• Basic computer skills.
• Comfortable with piece-rate compensation structure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to clear criminal background and drug test
• Must be at least 18 yrs. of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial-sized printers to produce high-volume print jobs.
• Group printed materials into batches and separate them for further processing.
• Place completed batches in designated areas for downstream operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on printing equipment.
• Regularly lift and move items weighing 25 lbs or more.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures.
