Coca-Cola Consolidated USA in Indianapolis seeks a maintenance technician to keep high-speed bottling lines running through preventive maintenance and quick repair work. You’ll diagnose issues, read schematics, adjust equipment, and coach line teams on PM techniques while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of related maintenance experience.
• Preferred: 2+ years in plant maintenance on high-speed production equipment or technical certification.

Responsabilités

• Keep machinery and mechanical systems running through preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot using diagrams, schematics, OEM manuals, and engineering specs.
• Own reliability tasks: complete PMs and document work, parts usage, and requisitions.
• Minimize downtime by coaching production teams on routine PM techniques.
• Maintain a safe, orderly work area; manage parts inventory and stock levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
