Job summary

Bel Brands in Nampa, ID is seeking a Bossar Machine Operator to operate and monitor FFS equipment for our manufacturing process. Shifts include 7am–7pm (Sun–Tue, with Wed), 7pm–7am (Sun–Tue, with Wed, $2 differential), 7am–7pm (Thu–Sat, with Wed), and 7pm–7am (Thu–Sat, with Wed, $4 differential).

You will handle packaging film feeds, monitor quality, perform basic maintenance, and document production data. Industry experience preferred; strong attention to detail and teamwork required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical / Trade School preferred.
• Able to read and write in English; basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed manufacturing equipment through touchscreen/HMI.
• Lift and add rolls of packaging film into machine.
• Observe materials to identify contamination or foreign materials.
• Inspect pouches for uniformity and quality.
• Document all necessary supply inventories.
• Operate industrial carts and forklifts safely.
• Perform troubleshooting and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Complete daily paperwork and reports.
• Perform and complete sensory testing.
