Job summary

Bel Brands is seeking an industrious Red Fruit Operator for Materne North America in Nampa, ID, on an A shift from Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 7:00am–7:00pm. You will operate high-speed production and food processing lines, read schematics, inspect products, and perform routine maintenance and data logging.

Required is a high school diploma or GED, with preference for technical/trade training and manufacturing or food industry experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. Technical/trade school preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Previous experience in the food industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate high-speed manufacturing equipment through touchscreen/HMI.
Read schematics and diagrams to monitor machine activity (flow, machine status, temperature settings, level indication).
Inspect product as it moves through the process for quality.
Conduct sample testing and record data (viscosity, pH, titrations, bricks, etc.).
Operate industrial carts, power hand carts, and forklifts.
Perform troubleshooting and basic maintenance of equipment.
Clean work area and sanitize equipment.
Complete daily paperwork and reports.
Monitor and record production yield and waste.
