The position offers engagement with cross-functional teams, from hardware and firmware to global factories and customers. Travel to manufacturing sites in the US, Mexico, and China is required, with a strong emphasis on customer-focused testing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree is required; BS in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 3 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or related field (e.g. RF / Antenna test).
• Experience with high-speed testing equipment (e.g. TDR, VNA/ENA).
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills; ability to collaborate with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Own high-speed test programs including BERT, optical/electrical eye diagram, jitter, TDR and VNA tests.
• Collaborate with Amphenol development engineering, factories globally, and customers to deploy and control cable assembly high-speed testing.
• Plan EVT and DVT, generate/execute reports and publish validation results; liaise with hardware/firmware teams.
• Travel to North America and Asia factories for installation, training, and troubleshooting.
