Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years engineering experience in electronics, interconnect, test development, or related field.
• 3+ years leading engineers, technical teams, or complex programs.
• Experience supporting NPI and high-volume manufacturing.
• Ability to manage priorities, resources, schedules, and risks across multiple programs.
• Experience collaborating across functions, sites, and regions in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of advanced electrical and functional test systems for high-speed connector and cable assembly products.
• Oversee architecture, design, validation, documentation, and deployment of automated test equipment (ATE).
• Develop and maintain test standards for coverage, accuracy, calibration, and data integrity.
• Drive Design for Test (DFT) throughout product development lifecycle.
• Support planning for next-gen electrical and optical test capabilities.
• Manage multiple NPI test development programs from concept to manufacturing release.
• Coordinate test engineering across regional and global teams.
• Ensure transfer, qualification, and sustainment of test solutions in manufacturing.
• Build roadmaps for test platforms, automation, and software infrastructure.
