Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Eng or Electrical/Electronic Eng degree alternative.
• Experience designing/high-speed connectors and cable assemblies.
• Strong communication and analytical problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct technical projects for electrical connectors and cable systems.
• Collaborate with customers and management to develop custom products meeting requirements.
• Translate requirements into product concepts using diverse sources and teams.
• Design for manufacturability to balance cost and performance.
• Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Create design documents, specs, BOMs, and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate cross-site teams to meet customer, cost, and schedule targets.
• Support sales and marketing with technical trainings and customer visits.
• Perform tests, verifications, and qualifications per specs and internal criteria.
