Job summary

Arkansas Graphics, Inc. is looking for a Bindery Operator to join our fast-paced, quality-driven print shop. We value self-motivation and teamwork to produce top-quality finishes in a high-speed production environment.

Responsibilities include setting up and running bindery equipment such as folding, cutting, stitching, and other finishing machines. You will follow work orders, inspect finished work, and support teammates, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow job tickets, verbally and in writing.
• Basic math skills; read a ruler to 1/32".
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and carts.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift repetitively for extended periods.
• Overtime availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run bindery equipment (folding, cutting, stitching, and other finishing machines).
• Follow work orders and setup specs to complete jobs correctly.
• Follow QC procedures and inspect/confirm work against customer samples.
• Support teammates and cross-train in other plant areas as needed.
• Work safely and independently with minimal supervision.
