Job summary

Bridgewater-Raritan High School is seeking internal candidates for the Work-Based Learning Coordinator role to support and manage the district's work-study program for the 2027–2028 school year.

The WBL Coordinator will match students with internships, evaluate worksites for safety, visit student sites regularly, and develop training plans with employers. Training and documentation are essential to award course credit.

Qualifications

• Holds a Standard Instructional Certificate (any content area).
• At least one year of successful, full-time high school teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Match students with employment or internships aligned to interests and goals.
• Evaluate worksites for health and safety and ensure compliance.
• Visit each student’s worksite at least every 10 days.
• Develop and maintain student training plans, agreements, and assessments for course credit.
