Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in department meetings regarding transition services.
• Support case managers/teachers with transition sections of IEPs.
• Coordinate college and career readiness activities with PPS.
• Complete Summary of Performance paperwork and attend 12th grade meetings.
• Maintain records per DRS/ORS policy and aid with post-school follow-up.
• Collaborate with employers and local education entities.
