Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Educator License or valid PAP issued by the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce (ODEW).
• CPR/AED, First Aid, Concussion, Lindsay's Law, and Student Mental Health certifications as required by Ohio law.
• Successful clearance of FBI and BCI background checks.
• Current Reynoldsburg City Schools staff member preferred.
• Experience in Junior High or High School athletic contest administration, event management, or coaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site operations for designated Junior High and High School home athletic contests during the designated season, including facility preparation, welcoming visiting teams and officials, and managing contest staff.
• Oversee crowd management to ensure a safe, orderly environment for students and spectators.
• Serve as the on-site administrative contact during games and tournaments, resolving issues and implementing emergency procedures.
