Job summary

Reynoldsburg City Schools’ WAGGONER RD JR HIGH is seeking an Athletic Faculty Manager to support the Athletic Director with contest administration, facility coverage, and event logistics for designated junior high and high school programs.

In this role you will coordinate on-site operations, oversee crowd management, and serve as the on-site administrative contact, ensuring safety, compliance with OHSAA rules, and district policies during the assigned sport season.

Qualifications

• OHSAA rules, bylaws, and seasonal sport regulations for Jr. High/High School.
• State safety requirements incl. Lindsay's Law and concussion protocols.
• Facilities, event logistics, and crowd management for secondary school events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site operations for designated home contests and manage staff.
• Oversee student and spectator crowd management to ensure safety and order.
• Serve as primary on-site admin contact and resolve operational issues.
