Job summary

Behavior Network in Texas seeks a full-time teacher for a high-school self-contained classroom and Transition Program. You will implement IEPs, manage service schedules, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure TEA-aligned programming.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Teacher Certification required.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Strong time management and student-centered mindset.

Responsibilities

• Foster respectful relationships with students, families, and team.
• Implement IEPs, including schedules, accommodations, and curriculum modifications.
• Collaborate with BCBA, OT, SLP, LSSP and other specialists.
• Ensure documentation and reporting align with TEA requirements.
• Develop and revise IEP goals and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data during instructional and behavioral sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA/FERPA confidentiality.
