Responsibilities

  • Provides academic instruction for inclusion and pullout settings.
  • Develops instructional materials and lesson plans with modifications and accommodations.
  • Structures the classroom and maintains standards of student behavior.
  • Evaluates students’ academic and social growth and maintains records.
  • Collaborates with teachers, staff, and parents to address instructional issues.
  • Follows state and federal special education regulations.
