We offer guaranteed hours, weekday stability, competitive compensation for both direct and indirect time, and dedicated clinician support as part of a therapist-run team.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona teaching certification/license appropriate to the position.
• Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Current Arizona Special Education certification: Mild/Moderate Disabilities K–12 OR Moderate/Severe Disabilities K–12.
• For Co-Teacher positions: appropriate English or Mathematics certification/approved area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, tailored to their unique learning styles and abilities.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with disabilities in various academic subjects, social skills, and life skills, adapting teaching strategies to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress, adjust instructional approaches, and ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
