Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant for a full-time, on-site contract near San Jose, California. Qualifications

• Active licensure as SLP, SLP-CCC, or SLP-CFY, or ASHA-certified SLPA.
• Strong background in pediatric and adolescent speech-language therapy within school settings.
• Experience with high school caseloads and passion for older students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to high school students.
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families for optimal intervention strategies.
• Keep thorough, timely documentation in accordance with school and legal standards.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
