Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the district curriculum.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Plan and use effective instructional strategies and materials per TEA guidelines.
• Assess student learning and adjust teaching accordingly.
• Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula as needed.
• Coordinate with staff to set goals, objectives, and methods.
• Supervise instructional aides and volunteers.
