Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet district curriculum requirements and show evidence of preparation.
• Prepare lessons with accommodations for differences among students.
• Plan and use instructional strategies and materials that reflect diverse learning styles and TEA guidelines.
• Conduct assessments of student learning styles and use results to plan activities.
• Collaborate with special education teachers to modify curricula per IEPs.
• Work with staff to determine instructional goals, objectives, and methods.
• Plan and assign work to instructional aides and volunteers; supervise completion.
