Job summary

Nurtur Aveda is seeking a High School Recruiter to develop and implement targeted recruitment and community outreach strategies. The role focuses on building partnerships with local schools and counselors to boost visibility and enrollment for the Institute.

You will coordinate events, create market-specific outreach plans, and collaborate with Admissions and Financial Aid to meet annual enrollment goals. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, high school counseling, admissions, or community relations is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to raise awareness among high school students.
• Build relationships with high school counselors, community college coordinators, and students.
• Plan and participate in on-campus recruitment events and community outreach efforts.
• Establish partnerships with salons, wellness businesses, and community organizations.
• Serve as local ambassador for the Institute and create sustainable enrollment pipelines.
