Pillar Care Continuum is seeking a Principal for Pillar High School in Livingston, NJ. The role leads curriculum, instruction, and school operations to ensure inclusive, high-quality education for students with disabilities.

The Principal reports to the CEO and collaborates with educators, clinicians, families, and districts to advance Pillar Care’s mission and compliant, student-centered programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required; Master’s degree in Education or leadership preferred.
• 5+ years of teaching experience and 3+ years in school leadership roles with proven student achievement outcomes.
• Knowledge of special education philosophy, evidence-based instructional practices, and educational programming for students with disabilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and instructional leadership for design, implementation, and continuous improvement of educational programs and goals.
• Coordinate educational, clinical, medical, therapeutic, and operational services to deliver cohesive programming.
• Develop and monitor the annual operating budget; oversee expenditures and financial reporting.
• Lead student admissions, records, and placement activities; drive quality improvement and accreditation readiness.
