Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree AND
• One year of classroom experience OR equivalent education/experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general Web proficiency

Responsibilities

• Modifies and adapts K12 curriculum to meet student needs
• Collaborates with general education teachers for targeted student goals
• Educates parents on instructional strategies
• Implements MTSS to increase student achievement
• Collects MTSS data and guides instruction planning
• Maintains MTSS data and intervention plans
• Serves as a resource to administrators and stakeholders on MTSS
• Collaborates with FASL and teachers to coordinate Tier 3 interventions
• Provides ongoing MTSS training and support to staff
• Supports documenting student progress and eligibility processes
