Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health is seeking a School Based Therapist to provide comprehensive mental health services to high school students at Denfeld High School in Duluth, MN. The role involves assessment, diagnosis, treatment, ongoing support, and collaboration with school staff, families, and external agencies to promote student wellbeing and academic success.

This in-person, full-time position offers a supportive team, manageable caseloads, flexible scheduling, and access to internal CEUs;

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Clinical licensure or licensure track in MN: LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents.
• Proficient with Office 365 and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Sagent staff, and school staff as needed.
• Provide consultation to parents and school staff.
• Attend school meetings, IEP meetings, Student Intervention team, etc.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.
