Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health in Savage, MN is seeking a School Based Therapist for an in-person, 1.0 FTE role at Prior Lake High School. You will provide comprehensive mental health services to students, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up support.

You will collaborate with school staff, parents, and external agencies to foster student well-being and academic success, while maintaining manageable caseloads and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with children and adolescents (internship, practicum, or supervised clinical experience).
• Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track (MN: LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP).
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop, implement, and maintain treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Coordinate services with families, case managers, school staff and other clinicians.
