Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction using HQIM; communicate daily objectives and success criteria; check for understanding.
• Plan/adapt units and lessons to build conceptual understanding and fluency; align tasks and rubrics to standards.
• Use data to drive instruction; analyze daily work and assessments to inform tomorrow’s plan.
• Differentiate and scaffold with diverse strategies; coordinate with support staff; provide accommodations as needed.
• Provide timely, actionable feedback and maintain transparent grades.
