Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Arizona teaching certificate, endorsement, or highly qualified in the content area (or ability to obtain).
• IVP Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Working knowledge of instructional technology and data-driven teaching practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons that promote critical thinking and active learning.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Use data to inform instruction and monitor student progress.
• Integrate technology and varied instructional strategies to enhance learning.
• Provide timely, actionable feedback to drive achievement.
• Establish clear expectations and maintain strong classroom management systems.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and academically focused learning environment.
• Support students’ academic growth while encouraging personal responsibility and resilience.
• Maintain consistent communication with families regarding student progress and needs.
• Partner with colleagues, support staff, and administration to ensure student success.
• Participate actively in department meetings, campus initiatives, and school events.
• Engage with families and community partners to strengthen student outcomes.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
• Reflect on instructional practice and pursue continuous professional growth.
• Contribute positively to campus culture and uphold school policies and expectations.

Education
