Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience, preferably in a high school setting.
• Experience working with students requiring academic interventions.
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, data analysis, and differentiated instruction.

Responsibilities

• Identify students needing intervention in math based on data from assessments and performance.
• Co-develop intervention plans tailored to individuals or small groups.
• Align intervention strategies with curriculum and instructional goals.
• Provide targeted math support during designated periods or pull-out sessions.
• Utilize differentiated instructional strategies and evidence-based programs.
• Address gaps in foundational skills and help students meet standards.
• Track and analyze student progress using formative assessments and benchmarks.
• Adjust intervention plans based on progress and changing needs.
• Communicate regularly with school staff regarding progress and strategies.
