Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
• 3-5+ years of successful teaching experience
• Experience coaching teachers or leading teams
• Ability to obtain/hold TN administrator licensure (preferred)
• Ability to pass MNPS background check

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional vision for your grade band or content area
• Conduct weekly classroom observations and deliver actionable feedback
• Facilitate PLCs, data meetings, and instructional planning cycles
• Ensure strong, standards-aligned curriculum implementation
• Coach teachers through goal setting, internalization, and execution
• Analyze student data to drive performance and close academic gaps
• Support teacher onboarding, development, and retention
• Build strong relationships with staff, students, and families
• Lead and participate in professional development
• Maintain visibility and support during high-traffic school moments
• Model STEM Prep's values: integrity, imagination, drive, collaboration, inquiry
