Job summary

The instructional coach at Madison Community School District #12 will work with teachers to support student and educator growth. Under the general supervision of the Curriculum Director, the coach will lead in best instructional practices, data analysis, PLCs, and school improvement initiatives.

Together with administrators, teachers will design instruction, curriculum, and assessments focused on student outcomes, employing student-centered coaching and a strong emphasis on collaboration to

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Teaching Certification in Elementary Education (K-8).
• Driver's license or own transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Work with teachers to support student and educator growth.
• Provide teacher leadership in best instructional practices, data analysis, PLCs and school improvement.
• Collaborate to design instruction, curriculum and assessments focused on student outcomes.
• Lead with student-centered coaching and work with building administration on the school improvement plan.
• Support teachers and administrators through collaboration and leadership in content areas.
