Job summary

Michigan College Access Network seeks an Administrator for High School Innovation to implement statewide strategies across K-12 and adult education. You will support professional development, data collection, and resource development for college access practitioners.

The role emphasizes collaboration with schools, districts, and partners, ensuring timely execution of initiatives aligned with MCAN’s equity priorities. Travel statewide may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in K-12 education, nonprofit management or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in K-12 or adult education roles.
• Experience working with high schools or district systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer the High School Innovation department's professional development offerings for college access practitioners, virtually and in-person.
• Coordinate College Bound Michigan initiatives: recruit host sites, coordinate communications, facilitate trainings, engage in data collection and review.
• Plan, facilitate, and execute program events in partnership with MCAN’s Network Engagement and Events team.
• Develop and refine resources, guides, and other tools; maintain Resource Hub content.
• Coordinate efforts to identify, recognize, and elevate promising practices in Michigan high schools.
• Process State Continuing Education Clock Hours (SCECH) in collaboration with HR and Admin.
• Support the department’s grantmaking activities with Contracts and Grants Manager.
