MCAN seeks an Administrator for High School Innovation to implement statewide college access strategies in Michigan’s K-12 and adult education systems. You will oversee professional development for counselors, K12 staff, and nonprofit professionals, coordinating logistics, data collection, and communications with MCAN’s teams and partners.

The role emphasizes equity, collaboration across departments, and support for statewide initiatives to build district capacity and improve student outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in K12 education, nonprofit management or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in K12 or adult education.
• Direct experience in advising, counseling, or related area within high school/district systems.

Aufgaben

• Administer the High School Innovation department's professional development offerings for college access practitioners, virtually and in-person.
• Coordinate statewide initiatives: recruit host sites, coordinate communications, trainings and data collection.
• Support planning and execution of program events with MCAN’s Network Engagement team.
• Develop resources, guides, and tools; maintain Resource Hub and department website content.
• Coordinate SCECH processing and assist in grantmaking activities with relevant teams.
