Qualifications

• Successful completion of student teaching requirements and coursework to obtain Illinois teaching certificate(s).
• Teaching license (PEL or ELS) issued by Illinois State Board of Education.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver instructional lessons with written plans aligned to program objectives.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and seating charts; manage classroom behavior per district policy.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress, attendance, and conduct; conduct conferences as needed.
• Participate in professional development, in-service meetings, and school activities; coordinate field trips as required.
