Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Counseling with valid Guidance and Counseling endorsement.
• Experience with standardized testing and counseling procedures.
• Knowledge of master scheduling and school guidance processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal student guidance counseling
• Conduct group and individual meetings with students
• Coordinate and facilitate parent, student, and staff meetings
• Coordinate standardized testing
• Work with students and staff to develop educational plans
• Assist in the creation of class master scheduling
• Communicate with parents and community members
• Uphold confidentiality in all situations
• Work with Restorative Justice counterpart to facilitate restorative circles
• Assist in facilitating the Restorative Justice program and continuous improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned
