Job summary

Power Center Academy Elementary - Southeast seeks a Graduation Coach to support high school scholars in achieving graduation and postsecondary readiness. The role involves working with scholars, families, teachers, counselors, and community partners to identify at-risk students and provide targeted interventions to keep them on track for high school completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, training, subject field, curriculum, or a related content area.

Responsibilities

• Identify scholars at risk of not graduating using relevant data.
• Counsel and support identified scholars with strategies to stay engaged.
• Develop and implement individualized Engagement and Career Plans.
• Review and monitor plans each semester and coordinate additional support.
• Identify barriers to graduation and work with families and staff on strategies.
• Facilitate career exploration and planning activities.
