Job summary

Rocky Mountain Prep seeks a High School English Language Development (ELD) teacher to empower multilingual learners toward academic excellence and language mastery. You will co-teach with content-area educators, provide targeted linguistic supports, and ensure rigorous access to grade-level learning.

As part of a collaborative instructional team, you will leverage data and culturally responsive practices to foster an inclusive classroom where every student grows, expresses themselves

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree (any subject).
• Experience with ELD or multilingual learners preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous, inclusive high school ELD instruction for multilingual learners.
• Co-teach with content-area teachers to provide linguistic supports.
• Monitor progress and adjust instruction using data every four weeks.
• Create a culturally responsive classroom that supports identity and belonging.
• Establish strong classroom management and engaging student participation.
