Job summary

The role collaborates with counselors, teachers, families, and higher education partners to expand student access to college and career options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field required.
• Two years' K-12 classroom teaching, advising, or counseling experience preferred.
• Oklahoma teaching certification or school counseling certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct college and career advising to high school students (grades 9-12).
• Support development of Individual Career and Academic Plan (ICAP).
• Coordinate access to dual/concurrent enrollment and postsecondary opportunities.
• Collaborate with counselors, families, and community partners.
• Prepare advising reports, presentations, and data summaries.
• Support implementation of College and Career Academies.
