Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience using labor market data to connect programs with local job demand.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and build positive relationships.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in career advising or job placement.
• Willingness to work at multiple campuses in the Tulsa area.
• Master's degree or related substituted by equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide career and employment/job placement services to students at designated campuses.
• Develop expertise in labor market data to advise students on in-demand jobs linked to college programs.
• Guide students in utilizing career-related resources and job-search tools.
• Collaborate with Employment & Internship Specialists to prepare internship/apprenticeship information.
• Deliver career and retention-focused presentations across campuses and events.
• Monitor student progress and assess effectiveness of career services programs.
• Refer students to tutoring labs, personal support services, or community resources.
