Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with students in a positive, yet firm manner.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical activities, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with school staff, students and public.

Responsibilities

• Monitor high school grounds during the day.
• Report incidents of concern and misconduct to administration.
• Check student passes, parking areas, and restrooms for policy violations.
• May perform custodial duties such as cleaning offices and classrooms, emptying trash, and vacuuming.
• Maintain security at athletic events and other school activities.
