Job summary

Manheim Central School District is seeking an FT Academic and Behavior Intervention Trainer at the high school level to address students' academic, social, and behavioral needs within the MTSS framework.

The role involves direct interventions, progress monitoring, restorative support, and supervision of the in-school suspension program, with collaboration across the administrative team to promote smooth reintegration into learning activities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 48 hours of post-secondary credits preferred.
• PA Paraeducator Credential of Competency Certificate or willingness to complete free online program within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Addresses academic, social, and behavioral needs of at-risk students (Tier II).
• Provides direct interventions, progress monitoring, and restorative support.
• Supervises the structure room and ISS program; aims to reduce referrals and improve student self-regulation.
• Coordinates closely with the administrative team.
