Under the direct supervision of an administrator, to assist certified professional staff and administration in aiding students to meet instructional and/or behavioral goals. Also, to support administration in providing effective and consistent student discipline by supervising students in alternative learning environments; by creating and implementing academic and behavior support plans; by supporting the building of relationships between staff and students; and by developing and supporting schoolwide Multi‑Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS).
