Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a coaching staff and with administration.
• Experience in scouting, film breakdown, and player analysis is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily practices for individual and team development.
• Prepare for and manage game-day logistics, including strategies and scouting reports.
• Recruit and develop mission-appropriate student-athletes who align with the school values.
