• 12. Make time to meet with parents at mutually convenient times, consistent with the athletic department's communication guidelines.
• 13. Support student-athletes'; post-high-school athletic planning when appropriate.
• 14. Collaborate with school staff to advocate for student-athletes'; best interests.
• 15. Work proactively with academically ineligible students to help them regain eligibility.
