Qualifications

• Experience coaching the assigned sport.
• Excellent communication with students and parents.
• Patient, positive and proactive attitude.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
• NFHS Concussions in Sports certification completed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates dependability, organization, respect, integrity, and sportsmanship.
• Maintains equipment inventory and procures sporting gear.
• Organizes try-outs, practice plans, and game plans with staff.
• Ensures player safety by inspecting playing surfaces and environment.
• Promotes sportsmanship and high academic expectations.
• Partners with parent groups to enhance the players' experience.
• Administers first aid and follows safety procedures.
• Adheres to district procedures and NFHS rules.
