Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of a comprehensive high school athletics program.
• Supervise licensed and non-licensed athletics staff and coaches.
• Manage eligibility, scheduling, transportation, and venue operations.
• Develop and monitor budgets, procurement, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with board policies, Title IX, IHSA, and safety standards.
