Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in education required.
• Michigan Teaching Certificate endorsement in Art Education (LX) or ability to obtain it within a reasonable timeframe.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Develop schemes of work aligned with district curriculum.
• Use technology to support and differentiate instruction.
• Provide feedback on student work and communicate progress to parents.
