Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or subject area (fine arts).
• Must have - or be on a path to - a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate.
• Prior classroom experience is also highly preferred.
• Demonstrate alignment with NPFE mission and goals.
• Ability to develop a positive, culturally responsive classroom.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
