Job summary

Lake Fenton High School in Michigan is seeking an Academic Interventionist to support grades 9-12 with targeted ELA and Math interventions under MTSS, using data to drive instruction and track progress.

This part-time role (29 hours/week) collaborates with teachers and administrators, ensures student confidentiality, and delivers Tier 2/3 supports during the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher is required.
• Preferred experience with grades 9-12 and MTSS.
• Experience providing tier 2/3 interventions for At-Risk students is preferred.
• Ability to analyze student data and maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of MTSS processes and using Google Sheets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s degree or higher required
• Preferred knowledge and experience in working with students in grades 9-12
• Preferred knowledge and experience in providing ELA and Math tier 2 and tier 3 interventions for At-Risk students
• Preferred knowledge and experience in analysis of student data
• Preferred knowledge and experience in Google Sheets
• Preferred knowledge and/or experience in providing various types of math and reading interventions to students
• Knowledge of the MTSS (Multi-tiered System of Success) processes
• Ability to maintain student confidentiality

SALARY:

$21.00/hour
