Advocate Health’s 8DE - High Risk Postpartum unit at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced RN to provide and coordinate care in an 18-bed unit with a 1:4.5 ratio, adjusted by acuity. The role requires an accredited nursing program, NC RN license, BLS, and ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire.

Minimum 6 months of inpatient RN experience is required, with 1 year preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire.
• At least 6 months of inpatient RN experience; 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Use evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to ensure patient safety and a positive experience across the care continuum.
