Job summary

Swedish Health Services in Washington State is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist focused on high-risk obstetric imaging (OB/GYN). You will perform a variety of sonographic examinations and support the radiologist during invasive procedures, applying clinical judgment from patient data.

A $10,000 hiring bonus is available to eligible external hires. Required qualifications include graduating from an accredited ultrasound program, board eligibility or RDMS in OB/GYN, ARDMS certification upon

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited ultrasound training program and is board eligible or RDMS (OB/GYN).
• Upon hire: ARDMS certification.
• Upon hire: BLS - American Heart Association.
• 2 years' ultrasound technologist experience.
• 1 year High-risk OB experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of sonographic examinations relating to high-risk OB patients, including Fetal Echo.
• Assists radiologist and/or perinatologist during invasive procedures.
• Makes a clinical judgement of the patient's condition based on information from the referring physician, medical records, patient interview and assessments.
