Job summary

Community Health Care Inc. is seeking a high-risk OB nurse within the women’s health center to identify pregnancy complications, provide education, and support.

The RN will perform assessments, monitor vitals, administer injections (Rhogam, Hydroxyprogesterone), and report abnormalities to the OB team. The role includes maintaining patient records, coordinating care, and following up on referrals while ensuring timely communication with patients, providers, and families.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in NJ is required.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Competent computer skills required.
• Annual OSHA training with emphasis on safety.
• Current CPR certification.
• 3 years charge nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review patient charts prior to visits and develop standardized care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and administer injections as needed.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments with/providers.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure timely data entry.
• Educate patients on chronic disease management and preventive care.
